I’m finding each of these stories less enjoyable than the next. If you cut out all of the mentions of how nameless is nameless and how has amnesia and doesn’t remember his name, the story would be 30 minutes shorter. It’s the same formula for each story, down to a t, it’s the same story retold 6 times with only the victims, the names of the perps being changed, and the method of their death. It’s lazy and tired and this series is only sold on the author’s name and nothing more.

I like Dean Koontz work. I know he can writer amazing stories, he’s the author that got m into thrillers when I was a kid. That’s why I find this all the more sleazy and inexcusable.

As I’ve stated previously, I think this narrator does a lousy job. He’s serviceable at doing character voices unless they’re women, in which case his voices are horrible. I’m also sick of listening to him mispronounce envelope over and over again.
