Going into this book, I’d never heard of this case. Cumming out of it, I’d say I’m pretty well versed. While it’s only from one point of view, it doesn’t seem biased. Everything seemed to be explained relatively unbiasedly, with the facts of the case to back up the claims.

As much as I normally despise author narrations, this was actually excellent. He spoke in a clean and clear voice, wasn’t monotone, and the book wasn’t full of errors. The only complaint I have was how it felt almost entirely focused on the lead-up to the case, and during/after was abrupt and barely covered. If you’re familiar with this case, I think this would be a decent way to learn the backstory, and if you’re new to the case I was, it’s a fine introduction.
